This vitamin has helped my mood, sleep and digestion. I'm more grateful for the digestion side of things. I'm going to throw away those other laxatives and stick with this. The first time I took all 3 dosages and my system was cleaned out. My mood was happy all day and I was sleeping like a baby a little earlier than I would have fallen asleep. I slept through the night and woke up refreshed. Instead of taking 3 dosages I think I will go to 2 and see what happens.

Seems to work as good as the last brand choose. May improve energy some also.

Seems to work well and doesn't bother my stomach. I bought another one that was 400mg each capsule and it had an effect on my stomach. This one is divided so that you take three times a day. Much better.

Magnesium Citrate is an absolute staple in my day to day activities. I literally make it a point to not live without it because of the extremely diminished pain. NOW supplement vitamins have always done well by me and this one is no different. I recommend this product for the price for sure!
