The Homocysteine Solution confirms a taped interview I heard many years ago, where Dr Kilmer McCully recommended that everyone have their homocysteine levels checked, to prevent the development of chronic diseases. I have been recommending Homocysteine testing since then, to all my family and friends.

A wonderful book. Well written and easy to understand. American doctors totally ignore homocysteine, so after reading this book I ordered my own test through an online lab and then, armed with the results, put myself on the supplements recommended by the author. When I finally founda Naturopathic Doctor, she was very impressed by the supplements I'm taking.

Very clearly written, repetitions don't bother.Even if the book is from 2002! it is probably still totally relevant.Very well , clearly explained.Maybe the "side-effects" of too aggressive treatment should have been stressed,as they are mentioned in other places [detoxification effects??]Also , how fast is improvement expected in serious cardiovascular cases in the experience of the writers,in case they have personal experience??What about vitamin K shortage and D,should they not be mentioned at the same tine even shortly when speaking about cvd?
