I bought two of these chairs to add seating in my small lounge. I have cats and young children so I didn't want to overspend on furniture that will likely need replacing sooner than I'd like. The size is perfect. They easily fit the space and are not bulky. The fabric is thick and strong and will easily withstand children's antics, but I've added thick throws to avoid damage from the pets. They are comfy enough for light use and look stylish and modern. My only gripe was the wooden frame is a little rough and would benefit from sanding and treating, but for the price I can't complain.

The finished product, when assembled, results in a lovely, comfortable chair. However, I am not the person who should be building this. If you have experience of putting furniture together, you’ll probably be fine, but I found the instructions difficult to follow, and much hilarity ensued when I made pretty much every mistake that could be made with this chair. I put the seat on the wrong way round, then the wrong way up. Luckily, someone else was present who COULD do a good job of putting this together, and it’s a lovely, sturdy, comfortable chair. We use it at the preschool I work at, and it’s often full of as many 3 year olds as you can comfortably fit in an armchair (3 or 4!), as they ‘read’ each other stories and play their games, or an adult with a couple of children snuggled in for story time. Well worth the money.

Arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus.Easy to assemble but as others have mentioned, ensure you only tighten the bolts up to 80% as you go along & tighten fully at the end.Worth pointing out again that the bottom of the seat is Velcro’d in place when you’re attaching the seat to the back.The seat is rather firm so good for reading in for a while or for the cat but not for extended periods of time.Overall a really nice chair & I’m very happy with it !
