This headset is super, I love the look and feel of it and the sound quality is fantastic.All of the controls that you really need are built into the headset which is awesome, no more flicking through party menus between rounds. The mute button is a proper on/off button that stays in the position you leave it in, which is great so that you never accidentally speak in game chat. There is also a red light that appears on the end of the mic to remind you it's muted.It's my first wireless headset and I honestly don't know why I didn't do it sooner, I don't see me going back to wired after this one. I've managed to walk downstairs to the kitchen with these on and they still stayed connected and I could keep talking to my friends clear as day which was neat, the range of the dongle appears to be pretty large. Not having to constantly drop my headset to let the dog out the room is life changing and probably cost effective since now I can't forget said wired headset and yanking the cable out walking away.Battery life appears to be very impressive as the day I received them I played for way too long and the headsets didn’t show any sign of needing charged, upon charging they took no time at all with the provided USB-C to A cable.The dual audio with Bluetooth connectivity is an amazing feature that I love, easy to turn on and off to save using the headsets power but no more complaints that my friends can hear me listening to videos down the mic when I enevitablely die earlier than them in the match.Price wise I can only say I got this on Black Friday sales so a bit cheaper than full price but it was the reason I bought it. I think after using it I'd say its even worth the undiscounted price - I'd been constantly going from cheap wired headsets to the next as they broke but this feels like its built to last. Fingers crossed.Note: in the box it comes with the female USB-C to male USB-A adapter - this is how you connect the dongle for the headset to the Xbox and PlayStation, I don't think this was too clear from the advertisement. For PC you can either use this adapter or plug it straight into a USB-C. I was able to seamlessly change it from Xbox to PC just by swapping the dongle (and remembering to flick the switch on the dongle). PC also has the "GG" app for further headset tweaking and settings which I've only briefly used.

All round a great improvement over the already great previous Artics headphones. Better build quality, more comfortable, better Bluetooth connectivity, better sound, USB C, better battery life and they have the ability to be paired with other consoles (so you’re no longer limited to wireless only with Xbox or PS).By default they are a little quiet as there’s a software volume limiter on which you can switch off this off when connected to their app on PC.Problems start when the volume limiter is off though as you’re able to hear clearly that the audio level and sound quality isn’t as good in the left ear cup, when the volume is high enough the sound in left ear cup is slightly distorted and it gives of a very faint static sound (which isn’t present in the right), on lower volumes these issue is barely noticeable - but once heard you can’t unhear.I returned my first pair and had the same problem with the second pair, some research on Reddit suggests this is a known issue.

Finally may have actually settled on the perfect wireless headset. I'm not an audio file by any means so i just give the most subjective view i can with the sound and the sound is very good, it may lean a bit too much toward a bright sound, but everything mostly sounds very good, wide and clear.The comfort on these things is fantastic. The adjustable headband sits plush on your head and doesn't feel weighty at all. The earcups are the signature mesh that are always comfy, maybe too shallow if being picky. They can also be adjusted at the sides to add further perfect comfort incase you have a huge noggin like myself.Connection is solid, the signal from the dongle never loses connection and the range is very good, I've walked all the way to my kitchen and it never dropped signal once. The same applied with the Bluetooth, just solid all round.Compatibility seems good, just flick the switch to usb mode and you're good to go on the pc. With the gg software there's tons of adjustments you can add to make the headset sound better, although be warned if you want to save your settings for console use then it can only be done using the engine adjustments, sonar cannot be carried over and is for pc use only, I find Smiley is the best preset for console gaming. I use Sonar everytime for PC gaming. The game chat mix and the added presets for tons of different games and music. Although you can dabble with the eq adjustment yourself more than the engine to get your perfect sound.There's my personal review of this headset. At £144 on black friday i think it was well worth the value for a headset like this.

Super happy with this purchase!Sound quality: Top tier, no complaints at all when gaming, wether in chat with friends or playing solo, brilliant at low or high volume also! The 360 spatial audio is wicked on loads of different games too.Comfort: Great! I can where them for an extended period of time and have no trouble. Also, the size extender is easy to use also with a good range.Battery: No issues with battery levels, they last for a good few days before needing a charge and it charges quickly.Features: The microphone pull out is great, it can easily be put back away when not needed which I love. The mic mute is great too with the LED indicator. The party/game volume wheel is a good addition, very handy to have.Connectivity/the Dongle: It connected super easily to my computer, it updated and prompted the software download for me. Then when switching to Xbox it was just as easy and worked perfectly, right away.I’ll also add, making the switch to a wireless headset is brilliant and you should definitely go for it if you’re on the fence, yes they’re a bit more pricey but it’s 100% worth it in my opinion!
