Deep sides keep food in the pan while tossing. The wide and flat bottom is very stable. Heats evenly, and non-stick surface seems durable enough although we don't use metal utensils and handwash-only. Handles remain cool during use on our induction cooktop.

We added two more pieces of this cookware to our kitchen after having one piece for a couple of years. Hands down the best nonstick cookware and it heats evenly. Clean up is easy. We have a ceramic top stove and have no issues with heat and use lower heat than with other cookware. We will eventually replace all of our cookware with these. If you like to cook and cook a lot these are a must have.
