Описание
【 70 Gears Precise Control 】The output power is adjustable in 70 gears, and the thickness is two gears, and the welding effect is more accurate. Type C input interface design, USB output, fast charging function, output current 2.4A, can be used as a mobile power supply and spot welding machine in one. 【 Power Bank Function 】The spot welder built in 7500mAh rechargeable polymer lithium battery, can be fully charged within 3 hours and it can continuously weld thousands of points after fully charged .It own perfect over-charge, and over-temperature protection functions. 【Innovative Design 】The front opening design makes the use of the spot welding pen more efficient; the 40cm gold-plated spot welding pen is composed of multiple strands of high temperature wires, with strong torsion resistance and more flexible operation. 7mm solid copper rod, good conductivity, low contact resistance, quick disassembly, easy to carry. 【 LCD Display Spot Welder 】This mini spot welder built-in temperature control probe to monitor the temperature in real time, welding gears and time interval,Battery display and fault reminder. It is clear on the LED display. 【Wide applications】It can be used for spot welding of cylindrical lithium batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries, and nickel-cadmium batteries. It supports the welding of nickel sheets with a thickness of 0.1-0.2mm, stainless steel sheets of 0.1-0.15mm and stainless iron sheets; it also supports welding to nickel mobile phone batteries.

The attached images are using a 16340 cell with the included 0.1mm Nickel Strip at maximum power (Gear 8.0), it’s just about acceptable for this. Having pulled the strip off you can see the welds have fused with the battery terminal surface.I tried 0.15mm strip and the welds do not hold properly. 0.2mm and it doesn’t generate enough heat to weld at all.Other points:* The Included instructions are awful, they are translated so poorly that large sections of them are complete nonsensical gibberish. The main point to note is it’s a resistance welder, so probe pressure is key when welding. Lots of helpful online video tutorials are available.* The included strip is proper nickel strip (Tested by both disc cutting and 24hr salt bath).* The welder case body is aluminium and nicely constructed. The leads are also well made given the price point of the set.* The Power-bank function is basic, USB-A output only, tested and can supply a maximum of 7.5W (BC1.2).* No physical power off switch so the device drains down even when not in use. It is recommended to recharge the device every 3 months otherwise the Li-ion low voltage cut-off may kick-in and the device no longer function. Conclusion:If you are looking to weld battery strip carrying no more than 3-5A (Acceptable current for 7mm x 0.1mm strip) then this is probably an okay choice. For anything else I personally think you will need something with more power.
