Had to return. worked for only a day then quit. couldn't unlock, had to restart every time I wanted to log in. And started overheating. I put it down to cool off went somewhere for a few hours and when I returned it was still feeling warm up by the camera.

This tablet is extremely slow, most times it doesn't even respond to touch for several minutes or not at all. I've only had less than a week. I'm not sure about this one. It is a good value because it's affordable but I don't know. I might return it haven't decided yet though. If you're looking for a reliable tablet I wouldn't recommend this one.

The screen cracked internally out of no where. Tablet was not dropped, or exposed to high temperatures, or hit in any way. This happened roughly 32 days after purchase. A different tablet brand was also in use under the exact same conditions at the time of the screen cracking on the Blackview tablet and is 100% fine.I reached out to Blackview customer support. I've been given the run around and been told it had to have been dropped. It was not. I've been bounced around to at least 3 different associates who ask for the same information over and over again and then say they have escalated it to someone else. No resolution.Many other reviews discuss the unresponsiveness of the tablet. These are correct. It is also slow. But once it gets an app up and running, it's fine. The whole purpose of this tablet was just to allow my children to watch movies during long road trips or in the waiting room at doctor visits. As long as we could get the tablet to unlock and open one of the video apps, it did exactly what was needed.Just be fully aware that if anything happens, just throw it away as Blackview will waste your time and energy to not even try to offer any resolution.
