Working well with my homegrown pre workout routine

I bought this product after several researches I had done online about chromium’s efficacy in controlling insulin sensitivity, blood sugar levels and reducing bad cholesterol (LDL) .My husband is prediabetic, otherwise he is a rather healthy person with a very healthy BMI and weight.He was told by his physician at his last physicals over 6months ago that he was prediabetic, and his LDL levels were a bit higher than normal. His physician told him to focus on his diet and incorporate exercise as a first step to addressing the problem.Needless to say, although he could do a bit more exercise than he currently engages in, things had not changed. His fasting blood sugar tested at home has seldom been below 102- 104 since we started testing post physicals....You don’t want to know what it’s been after a meal. Scary!Product arrived on June 3rd and he started taking it that day. Today is June 7th. This morning, after 5 days of consistent use, his fasting blood sugar is 94!!!! Can you tell how joyful I am? :-) I am very impressed and thankful. The goal is to get it to be in the 80’s fasting. He’ll be using for the next few months, and exercising more( hopefully) and also will be testing his blood sugar weekly to see if it continues to do him good over an extended period of time.We can’t wait to see what the effect would be on his LDL levels.
