I found that putting the pills in the refrigerator overnight and then closing the top turning upside down and banging it back and forth they all loosen up also it actually works to keep free flow and to get sleep for a change one other note it does however smell pretty ratty but just hold your breath when you're taking it

Have tried many supplements. This product reduced daily and nitetime trips by at least 50%.The Mrs. even says i seem to be a little more frisky :-)

It reduces swelling of the prostate so urination is possible even in the early morning. Very noticeable improvement when you use it.

I like that it seems to work. Able to sleep with less bathroom trips. It really does smell awful. Pop it in your mouth really quick, swallow fast. It’s worth it.
