I was skeptical but this has helped my digestive system immediately. Also my appetite has been lowered. No weight loss yet but I imagine over time this benefit will happen. I only take 2 first thing in the morning.Keep in mind that I take a full regimen of supplements, this is not the only one I'm taking. I highly recommend consultiing your health care provider and getting on a full supplement regimen.

I order a lot from Amazon and I never leave reviews but I had to with this product. I’ve heard amazing health benefits about spirulina. I’ve tried the powder and it’s awful no matter what you mix with it. The serving for this product is 3 pills daily. I’m not gonna lie, they are huge and a little difficult to swallow. If you take your time, drink lots of water and take one pill at a time, it’s doable. Ok so health benefits. I’ve been taking them for a week. I immediately noticed way more energy and brain clarity. I sleep better at night. I also have less sugar cravings and eat less throughout the day. I’m mostly taking this for general health but also to lose some weight. So far so good. Very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase from Amazon.
