Solid one piece cast, smooth finish, commercial grade just what I needed for my outside grill, cause I love me some cheese burgers, but don’t like cleaning the cheese from the flat top. same design I used when I work at McDonalds on high school back in the 70’s

Simple, sturdy and easy to use. By holding bottom of handle on grill, as designed, the angle of the scraping blade is perfect. Fastest way to clean a grill. Use scrapper first and a quick rub with grill brick - grill is perfect clean and ready to go. Grill clean four times faster.

Was very hesitant buying this scraper because it was so expensive, but I bit the bullet and got it. Best purchase I could have made. It works perfectly and the blade is no joke. My griddle was clean in minutes.

This thing is heavy duty, and very well built. You can scrape *anything* off the griddle, and the two handed design means you don't have to put a lot of effort in; it scrapes with ease. The scraper doesn't bend and flex when you put it to work, it stays flat with the griddle. It came with replacement blades, but I doubt many home cooks will ever need to replace their scraper blades that much.
