Problem with the order ? unfortunately 2 boxes of 10 some cups were crushted and unusable . Please send me a replacement for the 20 coffee cups

I’m not an espresso connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination. To me, coffee is coffee…Some might smell a little different or unique, but at the end of the day, the flavour is mostly the same for me.This “Crema e gusto” is good. It fits my Nespresso Pixie machine. I bought more on sale - 10 capsules for $4.99 CAD. This is definitely affordable compared to some other brands.

I usually buy the Nespresso brand and discovered these and purchase them because they were on sale, but I have to say that the quality of the coffee is impeccable and actually surpasses many of the Nespresso brands that I have purchased in the past I love that it is inexpensive. The only thing I wish is that it would come in packs of 50 as opposed to purchasing individual packs of 10 I mean if you do the math even purchasing individual packs of 10 each pack is if you get it on sale five bucks times 10 is 50 so it’s comparable to buying the Nespresso, it’s not more expensive. I would say that you’re getting so I would it’s worth money and I would buy these again.

So. I got one box. 3 was dented. Tried it in the machine. Sometimes half water came out before coffee did. Sometimes they simply all water.Ordered another order few days later. 2 boxes. One box comes pristine. The other box half the pods are crushed to the point the bottoms would not even puncture to let coffee out.Contacted customer service and got them re sent.I think these should be sold to us by the case. To ensure they don’t dent. I’ve seen so many reviews. This is a regular issue. Everyone is reporting they are crushed in transit. 😕The coffee itself I like. Can’t seem to find it in bean version. (Unless you want 6 bags of 1kg at a time)The flavour is good with a little international delight and some almond milk. It’s so creamy and smooth as a latte or cappuccino. I use just one pod and run it twice through for coffee and I use 2 pods for cappuccino. 1 box sure doesn’t last long. Maybe they can make a 40-pod box 😆so that it can at least last a week and a half.

This is my favourite coffee (switched over from Starbucks Columbia pods when they didn't have them in stock). The texture and flavour are perfect. Unfortunately, in every single box I've bought, at least 1 pod (usually several) is crumpled at the end and can't pull a proper shot because of this. It is so wasteful to return them and have them all thrown away, so I just take the loss of the crumpled pods. Amazon just can't handle shipping certain products and this is definitely one of them. The actual coffee is A though and the pod keeps a nice tight vacuum seal (when not destroyed in shipping).
