These products seem to be hit or miss. I have system that has been going for almost a year and has had no problems so I decided to get a second one. Well, the second one, died after only 4 months. I thought it was the hard drive at first but after extensive testing and trying to re-install the OS, even with a new hard drive, I found out it was the motherboard that died. These are nice and cheap but you get what you pay for.

This little mini PC has very great performance for the small footprint it has, it just fits in your hand.I am going to use this as my main work PC, and have 2 monitor plugged to it at all times!The lower power usage is great for when dealing with constant power outages, since I can just keep this thing running with a UPS for a loooong time. Excellent for doing remote work, and when UPS battery runs out I can just switch to my laptop.Excellent buy, 10/10 would recommend

So yeah it literally had two screws rolling around the inside of the pc after I opened the package, the screws were from the mother board which had only two out of four screwed, screwed down. it was an easy fix just had to take out the motherboard and find the loose screws and put them were they belong. this may not sound easy for everyone but you can find videos on how to do it. other then that it works good. Not sure I like Windows 11 though but I'll give it another chance.

Bought this for my mother, mostly surfing and media. Beats a portable solution by a mile. Has all the ports needed, USBs, graphics, even a 1/8 audio jack. Integrated WiFi and Bluetooth. The best part is that it doesn't break the bank. The package includes a very short HDMI cable if you want to attach the unit to the back of a monitor (provided that the monitor itself has the feature to accommodate the provided holding clip) and also a longer cable if you don't want to/can't. Preloaded Windows, noiseless, I'm a fan already!
