This drone is very capable, fast and has a very good range. You can fly it all over for fun or even use it professionally. There are lots of pros and i wont be going all over them, I'm just here to tell you what to expect. The fun always ends because the battery is running out. I get about a good 20 minutes flying around. Range is well and you can explore your area very well. Height on this thing is amazing, depending where u live(rules) and weather(cloud level) you can sometimes reach the clouds!

My initial purchase and the drone itself was no issue, however, trying to return it and being sent the wrong contents has been a nightmare and headache.1. 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻/𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. My only option was to send my first purchase in (which I had to front the postage for) and I would be given a refund within 4-6 weeks. That's a long waiting period, but for a 25% price drop, I bit the bullet and sent the first one in and re-ordered the exact same model/combo at the discounted price (ASIN: B0BL3R3L45). So, I have essentially paid for a second drone while I wait for the refund to be issued.2. 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺. I understand that things get sent back, but it should have said somewhere on the listing that it was a refurbished item prior to the purchase.3. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘅 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘅 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗖. The listing and box says it's for the RC that has the 5.5" display, which is not what I received with my second purchase. Again, the product code is the same as my first purchase.4. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸. This has negatively impacted my ability to complete work-related projects, as I do real estate and architectural aerials. The customer service hasn't been very helpful, not saying much. I've paid for two drone combos and have zero that I can currently use for time-sensitive projects, which means a loss in revenue. I should have shopped locally. My advice it to avoid this Amazon dealer and deal with a local shop to ensure you get the support you need, when you need it.

I had recently purchased a very cheap drone in order to see how much I enjoyed the hobby. The other drone controlled well enough but the lack of gimbal means that anytime you move the image jerks. The image quality was also pretty terrible but it was a good enough drone to show me the ropes in terms of piloting. However the DJI Mini 3 is something else entirely, no callibration needed prior to flying, gets GPS signal within a minute or two even in a remote area. The drone is so stable, it's very agile, it responds to commands very quickly and the controller feels solid. The image quality completely blew me away to be honest I was not expecting that. 4K 30FPS HQ with the 3 gimbal camera gives you the most stable image even when doing intense movements in the air. As a photographer and videographer this kind of quality would have been impossible a few years ago without some serious investment. If you're looking to start on your drone journey or if you want to step up from those cheap <200 drones then look no further this thing is absolutely amazing I can't wait to go fly again tonight!

Easy to use. Sometimes connecting (via bluetooth) to get photos and videos off the memory card can be trial and error using the app, but everything else about this device has been solid. Battery life is good as long as you aren't fighting winds and going far distances. Very lightweight. The carry bag that comes with it is sufficient. I ordered a hard shell case for it, but I don't use it as the supplied bag is lightweight, compact, and quality.

We have three "entry level" (Ascend, 4VRC) drones but I was looking to upgrade. We started droning in about 2021 when entry drones were about $50 at Costco. I noticed Costco had the DJI Mini 2 SE so I thought I'd try it out. As I was waiting for the order, this DJI Mini 3 went on sale (28% off) on Prime day so I bought it too.I tried out both these drones and wow - compared to entry level, these DJI drones are amazing! These two drones (DJI Mini 3 and DJI Mini 2 se) are more expensive, but these drones practically fly themselves when hovering and are about 20% the workload to fly and the pictures/videos are amazing. The camera and gimbal are excellent at keeping the screen on target, even in high wind.I decided to stick with the Mini 3 over the Mini 2 SE since it had a better camera sensor (4k vs 2.7k, better video in darker scenarios), better upwards looking (60 degrees vs 20, almost 80 degrees if the Mini 3 camera is flipped for my own obstacle avoidance) and better battery time. The Mini 3 is also slightly larger (easier to spot at longer ranges for visual line of sight) and the larger rotors make a lower pitch which make it less noisy, in my opinion.Note: the Remote Control works great with a Lenovo M10 Plus gen 3 (10 inch) tablet however I have to reboot the tablet to get it to connect to the RC - no biggie. The RC also works with a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and a TCN Ion Z cellphone ($50 but lags a bit) from Walmart.
