I like to hike into camp, set up then go find a good amount of water to last until morning. I purchased the 3 liter and it was perfect for myself, my partner and our dog. Worked perfectly with the Be Free filter. Will be taking on every trip from now on, very lightweight. I didn't use it's bag but instead just rolled and stowed it in my hat pocket on my backpack. Felt sturdy and good quality, easy to filter into bottles/pots.

My significant other and I purchased two Hydrapak Seeker 3L for our recent trip to backpack through the Trans-Catalina Trail on Catalina Island. Having seen smaller items in store, I knew the quality of Hydrapak would come through. 3L is a perfect size for 5-8 hour hikes. Few slight drawbacks: the mouth piece is quite large, likely to fit some filter adapters so it can be a little difficult to use directly and also the material does have quite a chemical scent. It didn't bother me too much, but if water would remain in the bottle for an extended period of time, you'd know. All in all, great purchase especially for the price.

I've been on countless day-long hikes with my furry companion, and this 2L water jug has become an absolute essential in our adventures. It's the perfect solution for carrying my dog's water, and here's why I'm so impressed.First and foremost, the flexibility of this water bottle is a game-changer. When you're out on the trails, space and weight are at a premium, and this bottle doesn't disappoint. It's lightweight and, when empty, can be easily folded or rolled up to save space in my backpack. This feature alone makes it a standout choice for hiking. What sets this bottle apart is its reliability. I've had no issues with leaks, even when it's been jostled around in my backpack or accidentally knocked over on the trail. It's a relief knowing that I won't have to deal with a soggy backpack or a wasted water supply. The 2L capacity is perfect for our day-long hikes. It ensures my dog stays well-hydrated, and I don't have to worry about running out of water. It's a peace of mind that any dog owner on a hike can appreciate. In conclusion, if you're an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking with your dog, this 2L water jug is an absolute must-have. Its flexibility, lightweight design, and leak-free performance make it a top-notch choice for carrying your furry friend's water supply. I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and I highly recommend it to fellow hikers and dog lovers. It's a game-changer for sure!

Took this out backpacking. It is a tough bag, there is no weird flavor from the material itself to flavor your water. It can be very compact. The opening is a great size to pour from and the option to connect a filter to the opening is a plus for sure (I did not try this though). I did often strap the bag to outside of my pack and both the water bag and the handles held up perfectly!

Used it on a backpacking trip. Originally kept it on the outside of my pack in case it ruptured, but eventually started packing it inside as I learned to trust it. Held up great. Not a significant noticeable taste once it was washed out—no more than a reusable water bottle.
