Using Batana Oil resulted in a large amount of hair loss and I cannot get it all out of my hair! If anyone knows how to get it out without losing more hair, please let me know!ALSO, I AM ASKING FOR A COMPLETE REFUND FOR THIS PRODUCT!!!!

It smells like coffee. It dissolves into my hair, wet or dry. An interesting oil product. I must say that my dark hair looks richer and darker when I have this oil in. It gives a glossy, non-greasy finish. The smell is kind of strong so I use this as a deep conditioning masque that I rinse out.
