Wanted to give ZERO STARS but can't. Another thing that shouldn't happen. Why can't I give ZERO STARS?!?!?! It is outrageous that my six year old grandson can come to see me, start asking Alexa about animals and end up spending my money subscribing to something. This should not be allowed to happen!!!

Like most people it seems that the kids have accidently subscibed to this. But a very helpful customer service provider refunded it for me in no time. So don't be dishearted, just call them up and advise them of the issue you have had.
