The birthday girl really enjoyed making these. The directions were quite clear and easy to follow with minimal steps. Everything was pretty much pour and stir, no temperature monitoring required. The only negative was, that after adding the sour powder the gummies sort of started to melt. Maybe we did something wrong, idk but it was still worth the price.

Kit was pretty fun to do with the kids but the ingredient packages were all produced in 2017. The seaweed powder had clearly been exposed to moisture at some point and arrived as a solid mass. We were able to get the gummies to set, but the flavor was absolutely horrendous. Lemon and sour flavoring lost their flavor so it was essentially seaweed “powder” flavored.

Texture of the gummies was gross and the flavor wasn't great. Kit takes just a few minutes to mix thing together then let it cool and dry. We just threw it away after eating one candy each. Neither mommy daddy nor either of 2 six year olds really liked this. In the instructions it says "this might not taste like normal gummies from the store" - but all over the colorful box it says "gummies gummies gummies" with pictures of delicious looking candy, so me and the kids expected normal delicious gummies. We were sad the candy wasnt good. The instruction manual has some little experiments you can do but none of it really aroused my or my wife's interests.I'd say save money and instead just get a $1 box of jello, then make some jigglers by adding less water. That will taste better and have a better texture. I guess 3 stars because it's an interesting idea in nice packaging.

I never heard back if these were tasty at all, but I know the kids enjoyed making them. And it gave the adults an excuse to play with the kids. Pretty sure both the adults AND the kids learned a thing or two. What a fun idea to make your own gummies!

This was a super fun and easy kit to do with your kiddo! This was worth every penny! It was fun and the smile on your kids face making these gummies with them was pretty cool! The taste wasn't to yummy to me but , my kiddos sure did like them and that's all that matters ! It was also very easy to make ! Five stars for sure !
