Pretty awful. Written like a college essay with lots of unnecessary quotes and sloppy structure. The level of insight is often very surface level and while there are some good points, they are often hurried by in pursuit of some kind of comprehensive overview of basic leadership. Skip this one.

I love this book because it talks about Jesus' style of leadership which is for the advancement of His Kingdom; dealt with the crucial factors in leadership development early in one's life; Also pointed God's intention for His children was for us to work together in unified cooperation - team work. This book also shows how members and leaders should treat each other; and how leaders should appreciate and harness the abilities, gifts in others for the purpose of the broader picture - the Kingdom of God.
