Another home run from David S Brody and his Templars In America series. Excellent storytelling following the formula of combining real artifacts, locations (Ohio's Serpent Mound in this case), with legitimate entities (Freemasonry, National Organization of Women, Latter Day Saints Church), mix in some shady characters, conspiracy theories, lots of action and plot twists. Highly recommended and available for Kindle Unlimited, which is where I discovered them, but ultimately bought them for my library. Please keep em coming Mr Brody...

No, I'm not gonna go over the story. You can read all about it just above here. Even the slow parts build to a plot that is sometimes twisted, at others straighter than arrow. A pleasant afternoon read, my dog snuggled up with me. If you have an afternoon free, grab this book. I do wonder often who looks after Venus when she seems to be forgotten about....

This author , whom I’ve read several times before, really bogged down the story initially. I put this book down several times the first few days after I started it.Once all the explanations and history revealed, it moved along pretty well and finished up nicely. I love the history but felt it was too much too soon into the book.
