I have had our bidet system in place now for a few years and our family would not go without it. Especially, since our granddaughter has started using it regularly. We have had no issues such as water leak. We have enjoyed our setup so much at our home in the suburbs that I have also purchased one for our family cottage. This will be installed in the new bathroom and when we refinish our old bathroom we will be also be purchasing another setup tp be installed in there as well. The only thing to be aware of is that this system is hooked up directly to your cold water. Therefore, at the beginning getting use to the shock of the cold spray was challenging. But over time like anything else we have become accustomed to that inital shock. I am also cognizant that our bidet helps us to be environmentally conscious because it affords us to use less toilet paper. Along with feeling refreshed when we are finished using the toilet. Especially, in the cases where number 2 is the reason for visiting the WC. You can also use the hand held spray nozzle to help with the cleaning of the toilet as well.With all this in mind I would highly recommend the bidet because the install is relatively easy, quick and for those of us concerned about minimizing our footprint on the environment this is also a perfect solution.

I got the product and the tape was opened already. I attempted to attach it, and it sprays and leaks everywhere despite using the rest of the tape. The main place it leaks from is shown in the photo (where it attaches to the toilet). My roomie had another hose previously attached to this toilet and valve and it worked fine but she moved out and took it with her so it’s definitely not a valve issue. I previously have purchased this product before for a dorm and forgot to take it to this new place once I moved and that worked perfectly. So I feel like this was a lose and defective product that was returned and resent to me!!!It also came with the black plastic rings I forgot what they’re called that you put in the hose before connecting etc but they sent 3 and 3 were already inside the hose so again I feel like this was used previously. Using UP ALL the remaining tape as well as tape I had previously kept I was able to stop it leaking from one spot but where the photo indicates it won’t stop no matter what!!! Can’t do more than shove some tape in their but it’s too loose.I’d love to give it another chance and get a replacement!

People who says it leaks are right. It will leak. It should leak. Thats normal when you do not apply sealant properly. Here are some tips:1. Buy another good quality sealant tape from home depot if possible. It costs around 1 buck.2. Apply the tape firmly counter turns about 4 turns not more not less. If your tape is unraveling when you put 2 pieces together it's reversed.4. There is no 3rd tip.3. If you insist, use rachet to tighten them up. Hand tightening is not always good. Do not overdo it.

I have four of these for each washroom in my house and really like the product. I have been using this product for 2 years in two of my washrooms and recently purchased two more for the rest।With solid build and very easy installation, it keeps my washroom clean.I had ordered a wrong version and support team was really responsive and helpful.I did not like the chrome finish version with knob mechanism, because it is prone to get/left switched on, especially by kids. So I recommend the push version. I wish they had push mechanism in chrome finish though, as chrome finish was much better looking and easy to grab.

I love this. I had read in reviews that some people were finding it leaks, so I have been sure that I always push the lever down after use, to close the valve. It has never leaked for me. I placed a little tray under the lever and toilet just in case, but in the 14 months that I've had it, it has not leaked.It wasn't difficult to set up. You turn off the water to the toilet. You unscrew the hose from the water to the toilet. You screw this device's hardware inbetween and reattach the toilet hose. I made sure to turn this so the lever points towards the front as opposed to the side. It's easier for me to just flip the water-supply lever up and down that way.It's not just for keeping yourself clean. Since my toilet is next to the bathtub, I have used it to rinse the tub after I've scrubbed it. I have also used it to clean dirty and dusty items that had a lot of grime. I just plunk the dirty storage container, the outdoor step stool, whatever, into the tub and hose it down with this. The flat lever on the nozzle easily controls the flow from soft to hard. Your water pressure would really be what ultimately determines how hard the spray will be, but my average apartment water pressure, flat lever pressed all the way down, is more than enough to sluice layers of dirt from a white plastic step stool that was left to disappear into the black hole that was my uncle's garden shed. It would have been good to film it for one of those "Satisfying to watch" videos you see on social media.And for your soft areas, you just don't press the flat lever on the nozzle very hard. Practice a little before using it on yourself if you're nervous.Before I got this, I had been using a long nozzled little watering can to clean off after the bathroom. Pandemic toilet paper shortages did not affect me at all. But this gadget means I don't have to constantly be refilling a mini watering can. I have a metal over-the-tank shelving unit and I hook the flat lever of the nozzle over one of the crossbeams instead of the hook provided in the box.It's such a great gadget that even though I don't need another one, I feel like getting another one anyway, just because I like it so much.
