These headphones sound phenomenal. I was using the JBL TOUR PRO 3 and these sound even better. No weird connectivity issues like the JBL 's. The app helps with so many questions you might have and the ability to change many settings like the ANC, hear through, LDAC spatial audio amongst many other settings. The earphones have the ability to only boost voices while listening to music which I find decent. The JBL 's would only have the ability to amplify everything. These have the option to chose either voice or everything. Battery life is much better than the JBL 's. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to someone who wants good quality all the way around. The ai voice for calls is able to block out all other sounds at either end of the call to enhance focus on conversations. Try the dynamic eq setting!!!

Don't listen to people saying phone calls quality has improved!I compared these to the az80 and phone calls quality is the same.

-The noise cancelling in this is superior to my Sony XM5's by 30-40%, its because of the seal with the largest eartips which they provide in the box.PS: Use the largest eartips provided and see the magic of best sound quality and noise cancellation! -The sound quality is excellent and definitely clearer than XM5. -I can differentiate between more things and notice things I never heard with the sony earbuds(even with modified EQ on Sony's and default EQ on Technics AZ100).-The magnetic fluid driver surely works wonderful, and you have to try them side by side in order to know. -After using "Bass " or "Super bass " EQ on Technics, they produce even better bass than the Sony, with accurate sound throughout all the frequencies. (I use more bass on my Sony, but it muffles other frequencies). -The volume of sony is 10% more since sony blasts everything near the ears like a closed soundstage and Technics are more wider in soundstage and that's the reason for this and I cannot be wrong about this). -In the song Amigos by J Balvin, Sony xm5 cannot create the sound of drums(around 1:00 minute mark) without distortion (they do their best to reach bass(low frequency), but it gets distorted), Technics AZ100 produce the best bass response I've heard from an earbuds so far, showcasing the drums accurately, just as good as you'd hear in real life. I found this difference in many songs with good bass after comparing them both for over an hr.Mic quality: Excellent for an earphone, probably the best I've heard, its like having a noise cancelling mic on your phone itself!!Cons:The case doesnt have a stronger magnet to keep itself closed like my airpods pro 2 or Sony XM5, please look into this for your next iteration. But no complaints from my side, since I take care of my tech!

First of all, I have a problem with people buying items from somewhere else then posting a less than appropriate rating when they have a problem.OK, yes we should know but defective items do happen.Once the other seller replaces them, come back and re-review these buds, please. If they had been purchased from Amazon all that is needed is to exchange them with Amazon. The sound is stellar. I have 15 different makes & models of buds and these are the best sounding and the smallest. They are also very well made (case included).I do not use them for answering calls just music. My previous favorite was the Bose Quiet Comfort II's. One thing I will say is that the Bose noise cancelling is a little better but the Technics is highly adjustable through the app. Also the EQ in the app is excellent.Buy from Amazon not Technics!

These are better than AirPods Pro in so many ways. They better anything from Bose, Sony or Sennheiser and it’s not even close. Try them out and sell the other. The hype is deserved for these. Crazy good bass, EQ, mids, clear highs, great comfort (though a bit large so it may not work for those with smaller ears. The case is very small but has good battery life. Never thought I would get this good audio from this small a package.
