I think this drawing tab has a nice looking design. Especially, I like the 14 short key buttons. In the review, I saw some people don't like the design of the short key buttons. I guess different people have different preference. Setting up this drawing tab was easy. The one thing that I did not like was the Y-shaped cable with a power plug, which was too short that I had to get a new power strip, which I can put it on my desk between my laptop and this drawing tab in order to connect power plug of this drawing tab to the power strip. That's why I gave 4 stars. But then, I realized that all USB connectors transmit power, so I plug in the USB cable between my laptop and this drawing tab and the power plug to the power strip, the drawing tab powered on. After this, I unplugged the power plug to see if the drawing tab still has power. Well, the drawing tab was still on and receiving power through USB cable. So I did not need the power strip after all. If your laptop has USB A or C connector, then you do not need to use the power plug. But if your laptop does not have any USB connector, then I think you need to use the power plug. I used this drawing tab for only few days, but so far, I like it and I recommend this drawing tab to any beginner artist.

October 9th looking good so far. I have now set it up to use external battery to my phone.So i can use it remotely anywhere for several hours before using my phone battery. No issues with screen. I did get a usb cable to extend the length of connection to PC. So i can almost extend it 15 ft one cable or using hdmi for visual and usb for data. Will update in 3 more months. Might add a video once i perfect my setup. June 19th As another attempt was made and the package in my town literally the warehouse is within spitting distance... Delay on delivery. At this point it is a morale thing. If it doesn't arrive I am just going to cancel. No. Seriously. If it were in Ohio. or NC. Fine. I get it those are the hubs. But it is right there. Like I could walk in and grab it. Tomorrow by 10PM. LOL. Yes. I chuckle. So, then I notice... the free promotional non display tablet is not in there. For real? That might be on me, but a 27 dollar simple beginner tablet would have made a great gift for lil' grandkid. So again, if it doesn't arrive, I can always cancel and if by Midnight I change my mind... I will re-order and get the promotion and wait until Friday. I mean what is a month? I did get another order yesterday timely. Oh and UPS came yesterday to pick up the defective Artisul... They already accepted the return... This is one fun story.June 8 2023 - Update 2: Return took a while. Also note that the screen protector is no longer placed on the screens because of prior issues when people removed it. This was confirmed after a review more recently was made by an online blogger at his unboxing. Now I must decide whether or not to try again. Update: Artisul has reached out to me about the issue and has been very forward in wishing to address the issue and that at times others who return items as new and unadulterated lie and the item ends up sent again to another buyer. If this is the case shame on that person. May give it another shot.The product arrived timely. The box felt like it was opened. The cardboard flaps were bent prior. I open it and the screen protector was removed. Ding. Prior opened tool. The wrap protectant was also rubbed at two points. But hey i will just return it for an exchange right? But first does it work? I mean i did not want a refurbished or a like new.So I moved on to see if it would work with my s20 . Not at first. The issue was that you need to make sure the Android device has enough at least 10 Watts output to power and display the screen or Dex. Once it is powered it was fine. An external battery will solve this and a decent size will run for at least 6 hours while charging your phone. That said I would not work with my laptop. Screen connects and is detected by drivers, but displays artifacts.Then my desktop. It was fine with one monitor. Then it wasn't working. Driver did not detect the device like the laptop, but it did work with windows. I switched out the USB ports and finally one worked. And all was good. So no laptop. Meh. Maybe I need to update the bios.And then like the picture shows. Half the screen is dead. Like when a pixel is blown. Maybe they temporarily fixed it and hoped it would get past 30 day return. Well it didn't. This sucks. It really was a great deal, but it seems as if it was not meant to be.I mean hey it was going back because it was open. And I recorded a video of the missing protective film. I looked at other unbox videos and they clearly showed it in every one. So, maybe this is why it was such a good thing. I was hyped, but not willing to risk getting stuck with bad equipment.So make sure you use 10 watt power from your device if you want to use one cord. Make sure you use a USB-C 3.1 or higher cable not a 2.0. And make sure you test it thoroughly on all functions. Later.

Saw this tablet recommended by my favorite artist on Twitter, so I took the plunge.I can honestly say that once I figured out a couple of quirks, this has been a very solid investment.The packaging felt extremely premium despite the low price. Functionally it is comparable against the Wacom tablets I use in College at literally 1/4th the cost.Unlike the Wacom tablets, it has configurable buttons that can be used as shortcuts as they are literally keybound, so it's effectively the same as pressing the keyboard key directly on the tablet.You can also rotate the display in the Artisul software, something of a godsend to a lefty like me (our campus Wacom units had this hidden away in settings and it never did work right)That said, you do trade off a few minor inconveniences for this device.The cables themselves are a bit on the shorter side, namely the power cable.The adapter lacked the ends to connect to additional sockets worldwide, so you might need to source an outlet to USB adapter that supports 5v 2A 10W or higher with ends for any region you will be in not native to purchase location.The pen lacks the eraser end the Wacom tablet had, something that took some getting used to not having available.The software doesn't properly handle windows scaling, so you MUST set your scaling in windows settings to be exactly 100%, no higher or lower unless you want all your pen strokes to jet off to the top left of the tablet (if you have this issue, this is your fix, the tablet isn't broken)Finally, while color space settings are remembered, display brightness is reset each PC reboot which is mildly annoying.Another thing to note, I have seen some people mentioning that you should remove the protective layer. DO NOT. This is intentionally added and shouldn't be removed unless it is seriously damaged, which proper normal use shouldn't do for years to come. Doing so could RUIN your unit.I have personally used this unit with Photoshop, MSPaint, and Substance Painter without any sort of flaw or issue.You genuinely cannot beat the quality for the price offered here. I cannot vouch for non PC usage, but for a PC tablet you get everything you would expect from a much higher end product at a fraction of the cost, and for a much larger format for similar price ranges. I HIGHLY recommend this tablet to anyone needing a higher ended unit that compares to brands like Wacom but can't afford Wacom prices.
