Included software/drivers would not load and kept giving an error relating to setting my multi-monitor setup to "extended mode", but it already was. Without included software Windows would only associate touch input with D16 monitor if it was the only output. Even system settings in Windows could not correct the issue with multiple monitors. I attempted multiple manual uninstalls of the default drivers of the D16 and my monitors with reboots. I attempted multiple configurations. I ran the D16 software/drivers in compatibility mode. Nothing worked. Based on other positive reviews it may be a fluke having to do with my computer being a laptop. While I can shut the lid; I literally can not disconnect the third display to even get the included software to work (assuming that's the issue). I have a strong IT background to put my experience into context. Either way if it's not plug in play or if I can't get it to function within an hours work on a 2020 Win10 laptop I am not interested.I will say that when the touch panel did "work" I found it to be a good entry level tablet. People who draw with lines should avoid as this older model produces visible ridged pattern and this is documented on YouTube. You're just rolling the dice with compatibility and support.

I would like to start off by saying that, overall, this is a very good, affordable tablet! I honestly wished there were tablets like these when I first got one other than the unaffordable Wacom displays. With that said, let’s get to the Pros and Cons (very minor! Not really deal breakers!)Pros:-I am so happy that this tablet came with a matte screen protector already applied! I feel like nobody does that! It was absolutely perfect to draw on! Super easy to get used to after coming from my wacom and ipad pro!-I like that it doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall and in general the plugs are very sturdy! I was afraid of things cutting out like with my cintiqs over the years but nope!-I’m using Windows and I love how as soon as you plug it in the driver appears in the tray! All the settings are easy to setup too so I love how seamless it all was!Cons:-I think the drivers for the device need to roll out more since I find it important to keep things up to date software wise?-It has a roller ring that you can use to cycle to layers or zoom in or out etc but I couldn’t get it working on Clipstudio unfortunately! I thought I could set it up like the other express keys but there wasn’t an option to?-It seemed there was a delay sometimes when I would make quick strokes or used certain brushes? I would have to press down and release in order for a watercolor brush to work and the cursor at times would become uncalibrated but would snap back in like a second.Like I said the cons aren’t really deal breakers since those are things that would probably get fixed through updates and such! I really loved working on this piece with it too so I would highly recommend for any sort of artist! Whether your starting out or a professional that needs a cheaper option and wants the screen display experience!

The Artisul D16 is a great addition to my daughter's art tools. The tablet is easy to set up, and easy to use. The construction is solid, and it came with everything we needed to get it set up. We had a small technical support need, and Artisul was super responsive, helping us resolve our issue quickly. I have found them to be friendly, helpful, and responsive. The tablet itself works well with the software on our laptop, and the drawing pen works very well.Overall, we are completely satisfied with the drawing tablet. The value for money is very good, and the device works great.
