I have loved the look and feel of this watch. Great battery life. Has all of the features I was looking for. Stays connected to the phone's Bluetooth at a good distance. Much better than my last watch. Drops Alexa connection frequently. Cannot find replacement bands to fit properly. Mine band broke - my fault, not because the band is flimsy. I have ordered several different size replacements and nothing fits.

I purchased this for my wife about 2 months ago. Boy does it look good on paper. The only thing it does well is tell time. She could put up with the ugliness but if is pretty uncomfortable. She walked a mile and a half today on the treadmill and logged 26 steps according to the tracker. The heart rate is never close either. She has to re-sync the app every day if she wants it to work with her phone and then it disconnects if she gets more than 10 feet from her phone. Overall I would say it's worthless and I would return it if the return window hadn't already expired. Absolute piece of junk.
