Solid audio quality, but I had to return them because they didn’t meet some basic functions I expect from earbuds.They don’t go to sleep after inactivity—instead, they just stay on and run out of battery. I use mine at night and usually set my audio to stop after about an hour. Unfortunately, the earbuds don’t power down, and the loud "battery low" alert ends up waking you up.They also don’t support Apple Siri, and the touch controls are overly sensitive, which makes them frustrating to use.If you're a previous user of Jabra Elite, you'll likely hate these.On the bright side, the return process and refund as store credit was a breeze—Bose and Amazon were great in that sense.

sound is good, but noise calcelling is only a 8/10, another problem is need manually turn on noise cancelling after switching from two ears to one ear

The sound quality from these headphones is really good when they’re working, but constant disconnects mean they are almost unusable for me. They don’t seem to be able to hold a Bluetooth connection for longer than around 5-10 minutes - first the left ear drops out, then usually the right ear follows. The only way to get the sound back is to stop what you’re doing and put both headphones back in the case, then reconnect. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting steps I can find online without success, including full resets, deleting & re-pairing - even a non-Bose app called Boson (this last one seems to have solved the problem for others but sadly it couldn’t detect my headphones).From what I’ve read this seems to be primarily an issue with iOS (it happens with both my phone and iPad), so you might be ok with Android. If the return window hadn’t closed I would definitely give up on these lemons - they’ve been a waste of money.

So, I have bought up around 5 earbuds in the last 3 months to find the best for me. It has to have 3 things. 1. Comfortable. 2. Noise Cancelling (or complete blocking) 3. Good sound. These arent even my most expesive purchase. BUT, they FAR outshine any bud I have evwr tried in my life. The isolation and comfort is sonething I noticed immediately. I was so nervous as I was running out of options. I am SO HAPPY to own these earbuds. They run 12 hours, so, a full night sleep. They are comfortable on the side givem they downsized them. Ive not had any issues with connections. 9.8/10. If they add ability to turn off voice promts, otd be a 10. Also, we need some sounds in the app Bose. Im sure theyll add that later. But, Thankyou so much @Bose. You have helped me so much you have no idea. If you suffer anxiety. These are the ones. Trust me. These are so nice. Now, we dont all have the same ear. But out the 5 high emd buds I owm. These are the best. Edit : So good in fact, I bought 2 pairs!
