Update 4/20/2023: I have been pleasantly surprised with the tech support I received from this seller. I heard back from someone directly via email as well as someone through Amazon. I was provided with detailed troubleshooting instructions and their tech support followed up promptly to see how the steps worked.Initial troubleshooting did not resolve the issue and the seller had me request a replacement under warranty, which I received within two days of submitting the request. Unfortunately, the replacement unit did the same thing - would shut off on its own overnight, even if in the middle of a process. This was very discouraging and frustrating, however, tech support suggested I go into the BIOS and disable the S3 shutdown scenario and this did the trick. This little PC has been running non-stop since, and I'm pleased so far with how it is performing.I have raised my rating to four stars. Their tech support team did a great job and deserves all the credit for the higher score. Had i not had the issue in the first place, I may have given this 5 stars, but I cannot justify that given what happened - and I am guessing a lot of people would not feel comfortable doing all of the troubleshooting steps I did. Regardless, at this point I consider this unit to have been a bargain at just under $300. My previous desktop had crashed and I was having trouble finding a desktop I wanted for under $1k. This little Trigkey packs a pretty good punch in a very small housing and at a very reasonable price. Hopefully, there are no negative surprises awaiting me as the unit ages.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Like the size and ports/interface but this shuts itself off every day. Trigkey doesn’t appear to have much support info online that I could find - did find a support email address but have not heard back yet. No knowledge base or user forums I could find. Disappointed at this point.Update: got a quick response to my email with specific and detailed troubleshooting information and procedures, so while the issue is yet to be revised I am tentatively pleased with their support responsiveness.

Far from a gaming PC. It will not run any modern games at all. World of Warcraft is playable with medium settings. I bought this to play starfield. Will not run at all! Age of Empires 4 played but looked like minecraft. It is otherwise a decent PC. If I didn't already erase my old PC and get this one all setup I would be sending it back. Please remove the word gaming from the title and description. I tried many of my steam games barely any worked. Starfield wouldnt even run. This is my first review ever thats how bad this thing is.EDIT***Sellers response: "The seller got back to me and this is their quote!"This computer can play some low-energy 2D games. If the game requires a graphics card, it may be a bit difficult to run."So if you want to play "some" low energy 2D games, this is the PC for YOU!
