This is one of the nicest fabrics I have experienced, uniquely soft and luxurious. However, while I am certain that it would work beautifully in other applications, I find it less than optimal for a bed skirt. It has an almost translucent quality that I love, but that very quality allows the box spring to show through. This is problematic if you are looking for a clean, consistent look. It also has a tendency to bunch up between the mattress and the box spring when sheets are tucked, requiring that it be pulled down and readjusted every day once the bed is made. this results in a "messy" look.I would certainly appreciate this lovely cotton in another application, but not for one that involves being part of the centerpiece of a room.( Unfortunately I laundered and ironed the skirt before using it and therefore cannot return it.) But I will certainly keep Southshore in mind for other items in the future.I hope this feedback is helpful

I love this bedskirt! I washed it and tumbled dried it for a short time when it arrived. Came out soft and wrinkle free. Works nicely with the white quilt. Perfect color! Great value! Definitely rates a 5 !!

Nice fabric sheet, lies flat, fits my queen mattress perfectly and the color is true. However, beware that the drop is only 14 1/4 (not 15) inches and my cream colored skirt fabric is semi sheer.

Everything about this bed skirt is lovely! The color is true to the pictures and the fabric is very soft and it perfectly fits the bed. It also arrived earlier than expected!

This is a very nice, high quality bed skirt. It has one spot where it was stitched incorrectly and can tell it was fixed at the factory. It doesn’t take away from the overall design as it is hidden under the mattress. It fit over my box spring perfectly, nice drop to floor. A bit wrinkled, but I was too lazy to iron it. Spray starch would make it look nice and crisp. Again…too lazy. 😊 Neutral color that matches my other bedding and decor. Would recommend to others looking for quality and value. Would purchase from this brand again.
