The 5X rectangular magnifier noticeably improved my ability to read fine print and see small craft details. Its rectangular lens covers a wider area than round magnifiers, which makes scanning lines of text much easier. The built-in light helps in dim conditions, but the unit is not rechargeable and uses replaceable batteries. The handle is comfortable to hold, though there is some edge distortion at the highest magnification. Overall it’s practical for reading and hobbies, with only minor optical limitations near the edges.

This is such a great magnified glass, it’s so functional, it is scratch resistant and works so well!!!! It is perfect for adults or for kids to use!!! We like to use it while reading, looking at things outside or just using it to magnify things!!! It is easy to use, is a unique design and has an easy handle!!!
