I bought this printer in a whim. I didn't used to do much shipping and when I did, I would have to wait until I was in my office to print them as I didn't have a printer at home. When I started a hobby that involved buying, selling and trading items with other people, I was hindered by having to print address labels or shipping labels at work. Yes, I could have written some of the addresses out by hand but I have atrocious handwriting and I wanted the items I sent to not only look nice but actually get where they're supposed to go. So I searched up portable printers and that lead me here. No, this is not a portable printer, but after shopping around I realized I didn't want something portable. This printer is fantastic. Setup was literally plug in and go. The application took about 3 minutes to get familiar with and everything is pretty simple to use and understandable. It is extremely customizable incorporating things like borders and various fonts and images. I had an opportunity recently to help a friend troubleshoot a problem they were having with their new thermal printer (different brand) and their printer was no where near as nice and customizable as this printer from Omezizy. I kind of felt bad for her since neither of us were able to fix her problem and she ended up having to work with their tech support to fix it. It made me appreciate mine even more for being so user friendly. I also love that you're able to set your label dimensions in not only inches but mm as well since a lot of the labels are sized in mm. The print quality is flawless. In the 6 months I've used it I've yet to have any issues with print quality and the one and only time I had any kind of issue was when I changed label sizes for the first time, it was printing off of the label but a quick search on their website fixed it (totally my fault btw, I didn't change the printer settings to print on the new sized label). One of my absolute favorite features is the Bluetooth!! I don't have to lug it out and hook it up each time I want to print! The only issue I have isn't even an issue with the device but more an annoyance, is when I have to switch rolls to a different size or type of label. Don't get me wrong it's not complicated at all it's just annoying to have to switch back and forth back and forth between sizes 5, 7, 10 times in an hour or so when I'm packing things I've sold or traded. I wish the paper roller piece that holds the rolls of labels were available to purchase separately so I could just keep them on a spindle and drop it in and go but unfortunately they're not avaliable to purchase. I have reached out to the company directly and their customer service has been incredibly quick to respond and very kind and helpful with any questions I've had. This device turned out to be probably the 4th most used device in my daily life. The thing I never knew I needed until I got it and now I find ways to use it every day even outside of printing shipping labels.
