Received player and it would not play past 9 songs for any CD. I have a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and it connected no issues with the USB port. I reached out to customer service regarding it not playing and they were able to help. They suggest tapping the "browse" button when in media to see if it pulled up all the tracks and it worked and now properly recognizes the right number of songs on the disc. I only give it 4 stars because it doesn't recognize any disc title/track name/etc on the display like my previous vehicle did that had an included CD player. Aside from that it functions just fine.

I have a 2021 Toyota Rav 4 hybrid. The player will NOT work trying to plug it in through the car's data port. It looks like it's going to work including showing the Track numbers, but it will not play play the tracks. I contacted POSSPO via email as you can't call them.They have been VERY patient in helping me work through the connection problems. The player WILL work if it is set up to use the FM decoder, the small black box. The only drawback is it has a limited number of FM "Channels" you can select and the setup is lenghty. They sent detailed instructions how to do this.In my area, I have "bleed over hiss," from surrounding FM stations. POSSPO has worked with me to find a solution for this issue. NOTE: You may not experience this if the small black box fixed stations aren't present in your area.I have a LARGE CD collection and don't wish to trash it just because the car has no CD player. Toyota could've made the connections a lot easier. They don't want you doing what I did. They want you to subscribe to XM radio that is already installed.Jupiter is a caring company that wants to do the right thing. The player drive works well once you get past the connection issues.Their customer service and follow up are outstanding for any company. They are relentless in getting it right for you. I would buy it again. I just wish I could call them direct.

We recently purchased this CD player. We use it to play music and audio books in our 2021 BMW X1. This is our 3rd attempt at finding a CD player to work properly in newer cars without a factory installed CD player. Previous other units often skipped and/or shuffled tracks on audio books. So far this new unit has been exceptional. It is easy to use. We just plugged the cord into the car's USB port and it began playing. No syncing required. Literally just "plug and play".In addition, the customer support has been excellent. I have received quick responses on my question about warranty. I was impressed that the player comes with a ONE YEAR warranty. A simple email is all that is required to register the unit.All in all, we couldn't be happier with this purchase. The price was right and it is easy to use, even for two "seventy-somethings". Customer support seems very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The POSSPRO Jupiter works just fine in my 2021 Tacoma!Our Tacoma is the 'base' version for the TRD Sport Double Cab 4×4 model, with no GPS (we have our own portable GPS unit) and only the base radio with AM/FM/Sirius/Bluetooth. Sirius radio charges a monthly fee for the subscription, so we don't use that, while the Bluetooth is dedicated to one or the other of our phones.The system's screen does NOT recognize the POSSPRO Jupiter right away when we plug it into the USB, and a CD must be inserted in order for it to recognize the drive. Then a message comes up at the top of the screen (also when we start the engine or the accessories feature if a CD is already inserted) that says, "Checking USB device. Please wait." The player is recognized a few seconds later and we can play the CD.All of the features on the Tacoma stereo work the same as always for balance, treble and bass. The screen for the player does not tell us the artist or track names, so we refer to the CD case for those.I noticed that the car stereo seems either to have read the CD into temporary system memory or remembers where it was stopped, as ejecting and then reloading the same CD (and NOT having meanwhile played a different CD) takes me to where it was when ejected and not to the beginning of the first track.Sound quality is as good as the system in our Tacoma can produce and better than FM, and it plays well so far not only with factory-packaged CDs but also with ones I've burned from ones we've bought over the years and keep in zipped cases for trips that include huge areas (we live in the western U.S.) with no radio reception, of which there are many.Photos are:Dash with player plugged in but no CD inserted, and USB not an active/illuminated screen buttonDash with a CD inserted, and the USB recognized and the screen button active and illuminatedThe control screen I get when I touch the 'USB AUDIO' screen button, with Track01 playingThe screen results I get when I touch 'Song List' screen buttonand, taken later, 'Checking USB Device. Not wanting to be pinching the cord in the glovebox door, I drilled a 3/4" hole for the USB connector and routed the cord through the hole... that I'll be tidying up later today with a rubber grommet bought for that purpose.We're very pleased.
