Step aside, marble and clay, there’s a new sculptor in town, and it’s the ANYCUBIC ABS-Like Resin Pro 2. This resin is so advanced, I’m pretty sure it’s from the future. It’s the kind of material that would make a Renaissance artist weep with joy.First off, the detail this resin can capture is so precise, you could print out a miniature version of your fingerprint and use it to fool your phone’s security. Not that I’d recommend that, of course. But you could.The durability? Oh, it’s like the Hulk of resins. You could probably print a small hammer and actually use it to hang pictures on your wall. Again, not recommended, but the point stands – this stuff is tough.And let’s talk about the post-processing. Sanding down this resin is smoother than a jazz saxophone solo. It’s so satisfying, you might find yourself printing things just to have an excuse to sand them. Wonderful product. I have been printing for six months and have had very little printing errors when switching to this resin. The thin parts of minis have a little flex to them but they keep their shape. This is also the cheapest resin I can find. Like some people have mentioned the resin does start to separate if left in the tank. However stirring it brings it back together.
