Very good machine but for the hundreds, you have to do it manually

I was impressed with the 3 , this one blew me away. Fills to the end, I did some modifications to it so I can do a carton at a time with some 3d printing. Would highly recommend this product!

The machine started out great. Then 2000 cigarettes in, it starts to JAM. I was able to knock out the JAM several times ( even though I didn't know what was jammed) then 3500 cigarettes in. The machine JAMS. I am not able to get the JAM out. I contacted the seller. They wanted no part of helping. I then sent a message to the company. The machine is warranted to 20000 cigarettes but only if you have the warranty card. I have no idea where that card is. So I am stuck with a piece of junk. A literal paper weight. So my advice is to not buy this machine. If you do, immediately take a picture of the warranty card and then lock that warranty card away in a safe. You are going to need it. If they gave me another one, I would eventually end up with a second paper weight. You have been warned.
