Aside from the fact that the chair has the thinnest foam surrounding the shoulder support digging into my shoulders constantly, and that after a week of owning it, it now creaks like an old man every time I sit in it.The worst issue is the horrible design for laying back. I just leaned back like normal and while lounging, it sudden gave away on me making me fall and my foot got caught between the footrest flipping on itself and my computer desk almost breaking my foot on the way down. This thing is a death trap and I’m less than 6 feet tall and weigh 180 pounds.Do not buy this chair if you care at all about safety or comfort.

Very comfortable chair for a good price if it's 200 don't buy right away look out for deals got it for 160 takes about 30 minutes to build easy with one person would recommend help though comes with a built in massager into the pillow two pillows comes with a wrench so no tools needed can go up and down forward and backward and I swear I could sleep on this thing and comes with a foot rest great for gaming and just sitting down in general

Well worth it, use it for gaming, so much better then my couch, I got into an accident and left my spine completely destroyed, this chair is so comfortable, the foot rest is perfect aswell, can almost lay right down in it, the vibrating cushion is kind of funny and loud, but man, it does work in spots too, absolutely love it, good quality, good stitching, decent material, no complaints at all, it even arrived early

I have no complaint about this Gtracing chair with footrest and lumbar support except the footrest, which is too short and flimsy to work well as a footrest. The chair as two levers for adjusting the height of the chair and the angle of the back. The lumbar support is in the form of a cushion that moves up and down as does a cushioned headrest. The arms, like the rest of the chair, are padded and comfortable. So far the leather-like covering hasn't shown any sign of wear or cracking. Assembly was a breeze and after almost a year I haven't had to adjust anything or tighten any screws. Well worth the modest price.

Considering the price: the chair is pretty good and comfortable with good adjustment possibilities.The vibration kit in the cushion is maybe more of a "gimmick" but still enjoyable and can be removed if not appreciated.they were easy to assemble (count 30 min approximately) and feel robust!Customer services experience (For Canada):I bought two of those but one came with a defect with its spring gas lever.a bummer, yes, but it can happen…. and i was naturally afraid of having ending up in a customer services hell.So I contacted GTRacing Customer Services for Canada presenting my case and asking for a replacement piece. They answered in less than 3 working days, were very polite and after acknowledging the issue asked me to give them the product reference (in order to locate where the defectuous pieces come from for their own check) and proceed to ship a replacement piece without delay. Around 1 week later (the pieces were delivered from the US) the pieces were delivered free of charge. I was very satisfied with the experience and acceptable delay. good customer service is pretty rare nowadays so it was worth mentioning!
