While there are things I like about this desk (configurable, the USB fan is actually useful), it is destined to break because of the plastic pieces that connect the table to the legs. The legs themselves appear to be aluminum, as does the top, but what connects the two is just not sturdy enough to last. In my case, it was three months, which is about what I expected when I took it out of the box (but not what I expected when I bought it, obviously). I could say more, but honestly, products like this don't deserve much of our time. I'll be looking for a better solution.

I work from home a LOT and needed something to hold my laptop and mouse. This item is perfect and I love it!!The legs are a little tricky to get used to but once you get the hang of how to position them it's extremely sturdy and balanced.I would definitely buy this item again!
