Received a phone that is locked to AT&T not Verizon. There is a piece of printer paper with instructions to unlock using a physical SIM card. I have been using eSIMs for years now and would not have bought this had it been accurately advertised. Product looks good but is of no use to me as I cannot connect.

After delivery was delayed and took nearly twice as long to arrive, I found it unable to work on the Verizon network it claimed to be locked to. Spent two hours trying to resolve it, get it unlocked or something and still haven't come any closer to getting it to work. Likely going to have to return it.
