This book is great! I am so surprised by what is put into cosmetics now days. This is exactly what I was looking for a complete guide to all ingredients with amazing explanations on what they are, what they do and any health concerns they may have.

The perfect product for those who are conscious of the chemicals they’re allowing their skin to absorb. Can be extremely hard to figure out cosmetic products but this helps so much! Every make up girl and guy should have this.
