The iPad that I got came in with a defective microphone. It wasn’t picking up anything during FaceTime calls and on voice memos. I got connected with an Apple tech support and they couldn’t help me as well. I asked for a replacement only but they insisted on doing a refund instead. Now I’m waiting for my refund and I gotta wait 30 days after it being delivered back to Amazon.

Buy a charger separately that is made for the iPad Air 4 with a USB-C to USB-C cable. The charger included is so slow it's non-functional. The iPad came in pristine condition with super minor scratches on the back you really couldn't see from 12" away. With a case on, it looks brand new- no scratches on the screen.
