I had some trouble with the delivery of this talking with Amazon was easily fixed. But I love this blender is easy to use the size is great.The speed, power functionality work great

If u like a blender that last 3 months this is for u... this blender was not worth it it lasted 3 months. Was using it and could smell burnt and then it got loud and then really quiet then stopped..it felt hot to the touch and was dead. Not worth your engery and money
