Unfortunately it didn’t fit my delonghi espresso machine and I couldn’t use it bit the quality is super,super nice ! I recommend buying it for the ones which have the machine that suits the portafiler.

Ordered one of these to use with a dedica ec685. On arrival I noticed that where the handle meets the filter there was a crack which would mean over time the handle would weaken and break off... but I could still use it. So I tried.Firstly, because I didn't grind my supermarket Nero beans fine enough, the coffee did spit and spray out of the bottom. But that is an issue with the grind size, not the portafilter (read about it or watch some YouTube vids on how to fix your extraction). So I ground finer.... Number 1 on my smart grinder pro.This time to coffee came out great! No spitting or channels, just like all the lovely videos of a good shot.... Until about 9 seconds in the pressure caused one of the welds of the ears on this portafilter to break!Piece of junk honestly. Not we'll made and certainly isn't worth £30 .Also the portafilter I received doesn't look like the picture (but it did come with the branded puck screen).

Update 10/11: the seller contacted me privately to understand the issues with the porta filter and have since sent me a new one with different measurements which now fits perfectly in my coffee machine. They really take care of their customers and has changed my review from average to 5 stars. I wish all customer service was as good as this.It works well and the coffee extraction is good, however, it comes undone when the coffee is pouring and have to hold it. I read on the description that it could be due to a few things but I have even tried with half the coffee in the basket and still happens. It’s just not tight enough as the rest of porta filters, rather disappointed taking the price into consideration.

It is generally good. I use it on DeLonghi Dedica machine, fits fine, but sometimes leaking on the side (not often).

Bought to replace the standard Sage portafilter on my Barista Pro machine. This portafilter is a joy to use in comparison and is a massive improvement! It heats up much faster than the Sage one and retains its heat longer too. The quality of espresso I am now producing is greatly improved and as such, this product is well worth the investment. Great to get the puck screen too!! I will likely change the basket to an IMS competition basket eventually, but the basket included great so I am in no rush as yet.Overall, very happy with my purchase.
