So I am a fan of the balm in general. I had never seen this kind in the stores so I got it to test it out. So imagine waking up to a leg cramp aka Charlie horse … I applied that balm and it released the lower leg cramping for me. It has a warming effect that counteracted my cramp so I’m a fan. Getting ready to order me another one.
