Tiger Balm Is the GREATEST! I wld recommend not getting RED as it will stain. My husband and I have used this for at least ten years! It works for a LONG TIME! I apply with a glove to keep from accidentally touching my eyes, etc afterwards.

I put this on before my workout and cover it with an elbow compression sleeve and it really helps ease the pain and makes the workouts more manageable.It does have a strong odor, but I kinda like it.

Soaks in while you sleep and you wake up feeling better and moisturized. Cheap and last a long time. The size might be small but you don't use a lot in a dose to coat your whole back you only need a couple finger sized dobs. It goes a long way. I've used this brand for like 20 years for sore muscles. It melts pain away but be prepared for the abundant aroma it'll fill your room with the smell of pain relief ointment. It's not a bad smell it's pleasant to me personally but if keeping your pain ointment regiment to yourself is important this product will let your whole household know you're in pain with the pleasant but strong aroma.
