I sprained my ankle recently and my auntie bought this for me to use. It helped lessen the pain and on day 2 i bought my own. It’s easy to hold and apply. Love the menthol feel and smell. I also use it for stiff neck. It’s a bit expensive but worth it

I bought this because I liked the idea of applying it without any getting on my hands. I used it daily for just over four months on my knee. Easy to use? Yes. Is it strong? Not so much, there are stronger products out there. As I got towards the end of it, the plastic mold that it sits in is a little sharp which makes it very uncomfortable to drag across my knee joints. And because of that you can’t use it all so it’s wasted product. It’s convenient and doesn’t get on your hands but I won’t be buying it again.
