I have been using icyhot for many years, and it works well for reducing muscle pain. The roller-ball applicator is the best way to apply icyhot, you can put the gel exactly where you need it on your body, with no mess on your hands. I have used the roller- ball version of icyhot since it came out.BUT, in this latest version has a new cap that is a problem. The old version was a simple screw on cap. The new version requires you to both squeeze and turn the cap to remove it. This is very difficult to do if you have arthritis. I assume that this is some sort of child safety feature, which is fine. But it has rendered the product almost unusable, unless there is someone around who can open the cap for me.Overall a good product, but recent changes to the cap make it difficult to use for people with arthritis.

Although this roll on temporarily relieved my pain, I wish in had a slightly longer effect.

The application is easy. I love the roll-on. It’s the best. Especially since you don’t have it all over your hand from rubbing or a spray or what have you.One of the best parts is it doesn’t stink or burn your eyes.
